Get great & quick PCB, 3D Print, and Fabrication Services at PCBWay: https://www.pcbway.com In this video, I attempt to repair a PS5 Pro that powers on, beeps, shows a blue light, and then immediately shuts back off. With a symptom like this, there are several possible faults, so I work through the motherboard diagnosis to figure out what is actually causing the shutdown. Eventually the repair leads into the HDMI circuitry and a board-level IC replacement. 🧠 What’s Covered: - Diagnosing a PS5 Pro that beeps on and shuts off - Blue light / immediate shutdown troubleshooting - Checking the HDMI circuitry - Removing and replacing the HDMI encoder - Board-level soldering and cleanup - Final boot and video testing Can this PS5 Pro be brought back to life? The JS19 uses TMR magnetic sensing rather than the traditional wear-based design, and unlike the larger controller modules I've installed before, these are a drop-in replacement with no soldering required. Joy-Con Drift Fix? Testing K-Silver JS19 TMR Sticks
Get great & quick PCB, 3D Print, and Fabrication Services at PCBWay: https://www.pcbway.com In this video, I attempt to repair a Halo Infinite Special Edition Xbox Series X that beeps on, lights up, and then immediately shuts back off. Instead of blindly swapping components, I use I2C diagnostics to dig into what the console is actually reporting. That points me toward Bank D of the RAM, but replacing the RAM isn't the end of the story. With an OL reading still showing on one of the data lines, I have to dig even deeper into the board. 🧠 What’s Covered: - Xbox Series X beep-on / beep-off diagnosis - Using I2C diagnostics to identify the fault - Tracking down Bank D RAM issues - BGA RAM replacement - Diagnosing an open data line - APU rework - Final boot and testing Can this rare Halo Infinite Series X be brought back to life?
