This policy explains what information Techbabblers.com collects when you visit the site or buy from us, and how it is used. If you have any questions, email shawn@techbabblers.com.

Information we collect

• Orders: when you buy something, we collect your name, email, phone number, and billing and shipping addresses so we can process, ship, and support your order.
• Contact form and email: if you message us, we receive your name, email, and whatever you write.
• Site usage: like most websites, we collect basic information about how the site is used, such as pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location, through cookies and Google Analytics.

Payments

We never see or store your full card details. Payments are handled securely by our payment processors: WooPayments (powered by Stripe), including Apple Pay and Google Pay, and Amazon Pay. Their own privacy policies apply to the information you give them.

How we use your information

• To process orders, arrange shipping, and send order and tracking updates
• To answer your questions and handle warranty requests
• To understand how the site is used so we can improve it
• To send occasional emails about new consoles, only if you sign up, and you can unsubscribe at any time

Services we share information with

We only share what is needed for each service to do its job:

• Shipping carriers (USPS, FedEx) receive your name and shipping address to deliver your order.
• Payment processors (WooPayments/Stripe, Amazon Pay) process your payment.
• Google Analytics helps us understand site traffic.
• Omnisend sends order and marketing emails.
• Our web host (Hostinger) stores the website and its data.
• Akismet filters spam from forms.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

The site uses cookies to keep your cart working, remember your login, and measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the cart and checkout may not work without them.

Embedded content

Some pages include embedded YouTube videos. YouTube may collect data about you as if you visited YouTube directly.

How long we keep your information

We keep order records for as long as needed for warranty support, accounting, and tax purposes. You can ask us to delete other information at any time.

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing shawn@techbabblers.com. Some information may need to be kept for legal or accounting reasons.
